Shipping, Cancellation & Returns


To ensure fast delivery, we use the quickest and safest methods. From picking, packing, shipping, to delivering your products, every process is safe and quick. We offer across states shipping with low delivery charges.

We process your order within 24 hours. Orders placed outside business days will be shipped on the next working day. If you’re a credit card holder, we might request additional information for your protection. In such an event, the order process might be delayed. We notify you through email or phone for additional information.

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours and take up to 7 business days to deliver.

Ground shipping is a reliable option and it ensures product delivery within 7 days. Depending on your location, the order might reach your doorstep within 3-7 days. Such orders are delivered Monday through Friday. This shipping method provides detailed tracking information. If your shipment is larger than usual in size, it takes more time to deliver compared to standard size orders.

Oversized shipments are shipped through freight, which is why they take more time. You can access tracking information only after the order has been shipped. The delivery company contacts you to arrange the ideal delivery time so you can be at your destination of delivery to receive the order.

While receiving your order, inspect its condition for any damages. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery that are caused by reasons beyond our control. These unfortunate and unexpected reasons include riots, labor or transportation disputes, air traffic control delays, bad weather, natural disasters, and more.

Cancellation Policy

Items purchased for local pick-up can be canceled only if you have not accepted and inspected the order. Once you accept the order, you can’t cancel the order under the Cancellation Policy.

You can return the product under the Return Policy.  

Returns Policy

In case you receive the order and the product is damaged, defective, or different from what the seller presented, you can return the product within 7 days. You receive a full refund under our Returns Policy. If the fault is on our side, we also pay the shipping cost that you pay for returning the product. If the fault is not on our side, we deduct the return cost from our refund.

Once you have returned the product to us, expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks. Typically, you receive your refund much faster. This 4 week time period includes the transit time the product takes to return to us, return process time, and time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

To return an item, contact us and share your order number and other details with us. We typically respond within a short time to instruct you on how to return the product.
